The Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 28.07.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.20999 of 2025.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that, in order to comply with the directions issued by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20999 of 2025, dated 28.07.2025, the investigation in Crime No.42 of 2025 has been completed and a charge sheet has been filed before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate. It is further stated that RCS notice has also been served on the petitioner. The petitioner has also filed a protest petition, which has been taken on file in C.M.P.No.65 of 2026 and the same is pending consideration before the concerned Magistrate.
