Learned counsel for the petitioner produced certified copy of the impugned order and would submit that the delay in filing the appeal as per the certified copy is 102 days. However, the appeal is filed, based on the web order copy. Therefore, the delay is stated as 298 days. Since the certified copy was subsequently issued to the petitioner, this Court is inclined to consider the petition. Hence, the delay is condoned.

2. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
