ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to cancel the patta issued by the third respondent in favour of the respondents 4 and 5 for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representations dated 28.04.2025, 02.06.2025 and 30.06.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that erroneously patta has been issued in favour of the respondents 4 and 5 by the third respondent for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. The petitioner seeks for cancellation of the said patta bearing Nos.2489 and 2490. The petitioner had given representations on 28.04.2025, 02.06.2025 and 30.06.2025 for the said purpose. Since the same have not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.
4.Since no adverse order is passed against the respondents 4 and 5, notice to the respondents 4 and 5 is dispensed with. 5.No prejudice would be caused to the official respondents if the petitioner's representations as stated supra are considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the respondents 4 and 5 and any other third party whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
6.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representations.
7.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representations dated 28.04.2025, 02.06.2025 and 30.06.2025 seeking for cancellation of patta bearing Nos.2489 and 2490 issued in favour of the respondents 4 and 5 by the third respondent, after hearing the objections of the respondents 4 and 5 and also any other third party whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
