Appeal No.633 of 2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.VASUDEVAN Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.
RAVICHNADRN Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition has been seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by judgment dated 25.04.2018 by the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Namakkal, in Spl.C.C.No.22 of 2016, pending the above criminal appeal. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the miscellaneous petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
Recording the above submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and the endorsement, this miscellaneous petition seeking suspension of sentence is dismissed as withdrawn. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
