When the matter was taken up for hearing, Ms.Thenmozhi, Sub Inspector of Police attached to Economic Offences Wing, Kancheepuram District Police Station is present before this Court.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the trial has begun and 23 witnesses have been examined out of 37 witnesses. 2.In view of the above, the proceedings cannot be quashed at this stage and therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
