(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR.J.,) The petition has been filed to condone the delay of 155 days in filing the appeal against the award made in MCOP No.1893 of 2018 dated 25.02.2025.

2. Mr. V.Kamal, learned counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondent and submits that he has no serious objection for allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit and with an intention of giving opportunity to the applicant to agitate his rights and contentions on merits, we are inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter on 12.02.2026 along with CMP No.32888 of 2026 in CMA SR.No.191342 of 2025 and CMP No.346 of 2026 in CMA.SR.No.189906 of 2025.
