ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The limited relief sought in this writ petition at the instance of subsequent purchasers is that at the instance of the borrower, an S.A. is pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore, since 2019. It is submitted that as the borrower is enjoying the interim order, attempts are being made to delay hearing of the case.

2. We direct the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore, to finally decide the case, one way or the other, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No party shall be granted any adjournment on the next date of hearing.

3. Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. W.M.P.No.54309 of 2025 filed by the petitioners to permit them to join and file a single writ petition is allowed, subject to payment of separate court fee.
