This petition is filed to condone the delay of 80 days in filing appeal against the common order dated 23.06.2025 passed in WP.No.22201 of 2023 by this Court, pending disposal of the above Writ Appeal.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 80 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same for admission in the usual course.
