The application has been necessitated on account of the demise of the 1 st respondent in the impugned order. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition and I also heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit.

3. Post the matter along with C.R.P.No.830 of 2024.
