BY, [ RESPONDENT] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, ALL WOMEN POLICE STATION, SOORAMANGALAM, SALEM DISTRICT.(CR.NO.23/2014) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the appearance before the trial court weekly twice viz., on the first and last working days of every week at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed by an order dated 25.06.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.11593/2017 in Crl.A.No.209/2017.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.EZHILARASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.V.SARADHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Earlier, this Court has passed an order on 25.06.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.11593 of 2017, imposing a condition for grant of bail by directing the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court weekly twice, viz., on the first and last working days of every week at 10.30 a.m.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the condition imposed by this Court, has been duly complied with by the petitioner herein till 05.11.2018.
3. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 25.06.2018.
4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a student of the Polytechnic College and he has been duly complying with the condition imposed by this Court till recently, the condition as imposed on the petitioner shall stand modified as under.

5. The petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every calendar month henceforth.
