O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an employee of a Co-operative Society and that the punishment of compulsory retirement imposed on the petitioner is under challenge in the present writ petition. Therefore, he prayed before this Court for an order of interim stay.

2. Ms.M.Geetha Thamaraiselvan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 seeks time to file counter.

3. This Court is of the view that if any interim order is granted at this stage, it would virtually amount to allowing the writ petition itself. Hence, no interim stay can be granted. Accordingly, W.M.P. No.54183 of 2025 is dismissed.
