ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner insisting for the adjournment despite the fact that the matter is posted under the caption for dismissal.
2. Since there was no representation on the earlier occasions, when the matter was listed for final disposal. On 24.06.2022, this Court though ready to pass an order on merit after hearing the counsel for the respondent and perusing the records, the Court is not able to proceed in view of the persistent request of the learned counsel for adjournment. This Court is not inclined to entertain the practice of adjournment, even when the matter is listing for dismissal.
