This petition has been filed seeking to amend the satisfaction Court as "The Judicial Magistrate II, Chengalpattu" instead of "District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Chengalpattu" in Crl.O.P.No.31341 of 2025 dated 18.11.2025.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in Crl.O.P.No.31341 of 2025 dated 18.11.2025 and issue fresh order copy.

3. Further, time is extended for a further period of one week from the date of receipt of fresh order copy, to comply with the conditions imposed on the petitioners herein, by this Court vide order dated 18.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31341 of 2025.
