ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 324(4), 85 of BNS r/w Section 4 of Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 and

Subsequently altered into Sections 296(b), 115(2), 324(4)(5), 85, 108 of BNS r/w 4 of TNPHW Act, in Crime No.34 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent reported that this is the third anticipatory bail application and the earlier two anticipatory bail applications filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on 31.10.2025 in Crl.OP.No.29658 of 2025 and on 19.11.2025 in Crl.OP No.31491 of 2025 respectively.

3. Now, the petitioner has filed the present anticipatory bail application without any change in circumstances is not entertainable. Since, there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
