By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.08.2025 and pass orders in accordance with law pursuant to the directions of this Court in W.P(MD).No.13916 of 2019, dated 01.07.2019.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made representation dated 14.08.2025 to the first respondent seeking to take action against the fourth respondent/ Village Administrative Officer, Kachirayapalayam, however, there is no response. Hence, this Court may issue direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2025 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame.

4.Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
