CRIME NO.218 OF 2018 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17942 of 2018 dated 16.07.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MRS.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR in behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This application is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17942 of 2018, dated 16.07.2018.
