ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2) of BNS, 2023 read with 21(1) of Mines of Mineral (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.433 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent reported that this is the second anticipatory bail application and the earlier anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on 05.11.2025 in Crl.OP.No.30003 of 2025.

3. Now, the petitioner has filed the present anticipatory bail application without any change in circumstances, which is not entertainable. Since, there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
