ORDER

The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 304(2) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.189 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This is 2nd anticipatory bail petition. Earlier bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed on 05.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30004 of 2025 on the following reasons:

"6. Considering the fact that the petitioner has six previous cases, of which, under section 379 of IPC is pending against him; so far no properties have been recovered from the petitioner herein, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner."

3. Considering that there is no change in circumstances and that the thali chain was not recovered and I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order.
