Side) on instructions, submitted that investigation in E-5 Koovathur Police Station Crime No.359 of 2014 was completed and the case was closed as mistake of fact on 20.12.2014 and a Closure Report has also filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Thirukkazhukundram. Recording the same, this petition is closed.
