This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.2472 of 2024 dated 25.06.2024 and also seeks extension of time.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner had imposed the condition that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, out of which one surety must be a blood related surety. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioners are not in a position to secure the blood relatives as sureties and hence he seeks for suitable modification.

3. In view of the above, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties ( out of which, one surety surety must be a family member of the petitioners). Further, one week time is extended for the petitioner to comply with the condition.
