Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to approve and give effect to the Resolution dated 27.04.2025 passed by the majority of the Committee of Mutawallis/Trustees of the Fazeelathunissa Begum Sahiba Mosque and Endowment, thereby removing the fourth respondent from the post of Executive Mutawalli and approving the appointment of Mr.Ayub Khan as Executive Mutawalli.
