ORDER
The petitioners, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 85, 115(2), 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of BNS r/w 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 in Cr.No.100 of 2025 on the file of the The Inspector of Police, Shankarapura Police Station, Vishveshwarapuram Su, Bengaluru City, Karnataka State, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that due to matrimonial dispute between the first petitioner and the defacto complainant, the first petitioner has harassed the petitioner and demanded more dowry. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that false complaint has been given against the petitioners and they have nothing to do with the said allegations. He further submitted that inter State Anticipatory bail may be granted them to enable them to move the appropriate jurisdictional Court, Bengaluru City for necessary relief.
4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant interstate interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners for a period of four weeks from today to enable him to move the 2/5
concerned Court.
5.Accordingly, interim interstate anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioners for a period of four weeks, on condition that the petitioners shall surrender before the Judicial Magistrate Court-II, Poonamalle, Chennai within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready and the petitioners shall execute separate bonds a for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said learned Magistrate. Further, within four weeks from the date of execution of bail bond, the petitioners shall approach the competent Court in Bangaluru City, State of Karnataka and seek appropriate relief.
