ORDER
The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

The case of the petitioner is that under the pretext of conducting an enquiry in connection with the complaint given by the 3rd respondent relating to a lorry transaction, the respondent Police are unnecessarily harassing him.

Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given against the petitioner, the respondent Police conducted an enquiry in C.No.66/DCB-I/SP-Gri/KGI/2025 and the same was closed. During the enquiry, the petitioner was not harassed.
4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondents 1 and 2, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
