(Judgment of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The writ appeal is filed against the order in WP No.4639 of 2007 dated 16.09.2010 of the learned Single Judge

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellant Department fairly stated that the Writ Court, by order dated 16.09.2010, has directed the appellant Department to regularize the services 2/5

of the respondent, on completion of ten years of total service and also to pay monetary benefits to the respondent herein. He further states that the said order passed in WP No.4639 of 2007 dated 16.09.2010 has been complied with by the appellant Department and the respondent herein has been regularized with effect from 18.03.1998. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present appeal. A copy of the proceedings dated 11.03.2024 has also been placed before this Court.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the appellants, the writ appeal stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, CMP No.1452 of 2021 is closed.
