PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to sanction medical expenses incurred by the petitioner to the tune of Rs.1,30,000/- with eligible interest by considering the application made by the petitioner by claiming medical reimbursement dated 09.03.2023 and 23.01.2024 and recommended by the Personal Assistant (Accounts of the 1st respondent office vide Na.Ka.34407111/2025/Ea dated 07.08.2025. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to sanction medical expenses incurred by the petitioner to the tune of Rs.1,30,000/- with eligible interest by considering the application made by the petitioner by claiming medical reimbursement dated 09.03.2023 and 23.01.2024 and recommended by the Personal Assistant (Accounts of the 1st respondent office vide Na.Ka.34407111/2025/Ea dated 07.08.2025.

2. By the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have already made online applications dated 09.03.2023 and 23.01.2024 to sanction medical expense incurred by the petitioner with eligible interest. He would further submit that this Court may issue direction to the respondents to consider petitioner's representations and pass appropriate orders on the same within a specified time.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents will consider the petitioner's online applications dated 09.03.2023 and 23.01.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same, in accordance with law.

5. In view of the same, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the online applications made by the petitioner dated 09.03.2023 and 23.01.2024

and pass appropriate orders on the same, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
