This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 175 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against impugned order dated 05.08.2016 in S.T.C.No.114 of 2016 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track No.1, Erode.

2. Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner had produced the original of the acknowledgement cards in respect of the private notice served. It is seen that the respondents have received the notice.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the Revision, if it is otherwise in order.
