ORDER

The petitioners apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 303(2), 326(a) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.937 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. This is 2nd anticipatory bail petition. Earlier bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed on 28.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.29291 of 2025 on the following reasons:

"6.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the nature of the offence alleged, and the involvement of the petitioners in the illegal quarrying and transportation of river sand, which causes serious damage to the riverbed and adversely affects the ecological environment, I am not inclined to grant the extraordinary remedy of anticipatory bail to the petitioners."

3. Considering that there is no change in circumstances and I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
