When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is the wife of the proposed accused in C.S.R.Nos.690 & 469 of 2025, registered based on the complaints given by one Ravi and one Sathish. He further submitted that the petitioner was called for enquiry only for the purpose of ascertaining the whereabouts of her husband and other than that, the respondent police have not harassed the petitioner or her family members. 3.
