ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to modify the entries/extent made in the revenue records pertaining to the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 08.09.2025.

2. The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that the entries/extent made in the revenue records pertaining to the subject property is incorrect, and the same will have to be modified. The petitioner had given a representation dated 08.09.2025 for the said purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation dated 08.09.2025 is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation dated 08.09.2025 seeking for modification of the entries/extent made in the revenue __________Page 2 of 4

records pertaining to the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs.
