Mrs.M.Geetha Thamaraiselvan, Special Government Pleader for R1 Mr.V.Sundarraman for R2 Mr.R.Balaramesh for R3 COMMON ORDER Mrs.M.Geetha Thamaraiselvan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the 1st respondent. 2.By consent of both parties, these three writ petitions are taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.These three writ petitions have been filed, seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioners' representations dated 09.08.2025, 19.08.2025 and 22.08.2025.

4.The petitioner in W.P No.49187 of 2025 is a physically disabled person with 50% permanent disability, affecting his left hand and left leg. He was employed with the Salem District Central Cooperative Bank. Pursuant to a decision taken to bifurcate the Sale District Central Cooperative Bank into two banks, namely Salem District Central Cooperative Bank and Namakkal District Central Cooperative Bank, the petitioner was, on 27.06.2025, posted to the Kumarapalayam Branch of Namakkal District Central Cooperative Bank. Consequently, the petitioner is compelled to commute a distance of 80 Kms per day (to and fro) from his place of residence. The said transfer was effected without considering his disability and the relevant Government guidelines on the subject. The petitioner is facing severe difficulty in commuting to and from the work place.

Hence he made a representation to the first respondent on 09.08.2025 seeking to transfer back to the service of the Salem District Central Cooperative Bank. However, the same has not been considered till date. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

5.The petitioner in W.P No.49188 of 2025 is a physically disabled person with 75% permanent locomotor disability, affecting his both hands. He was employed with the Salem District Central Cooperative Bank. Pursuant to a decision taken to bifurcate the Sale District Central Cooperative Bank into two banks, namely Salem District Central Cooperative Bank and Namakkal District

Central Cooperative Bank, the petitioner was, on 06.08.2025, posted to the Rasipuram Branch of Namakkal District Central Cooperative Bank. Consequently, the petitioner is compelled to commute a distance of 180 Kms per day (to and fro) from his place of residence. The said transfer was effected without considering his disability and the relevant Government guidelines on the subject. The petitioner is facing severe difficulty in commuting to and from the work place. Hence, he made a representation to the first respondent on 19.08.2025 seeking to transfer back to the service of the Salem District Central Cooperative Bank. However, the same has not been considered till date. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

6.The petitioner in W.P No.49191 of 2025 is a physically disabled person with 60% permanent disability, affecting his left leg and hip. He was employed with the Salem District Central Cooperative Bank. Pursuant to a decision taken to bifurcate the Sale District Central Cooperative Bank into two banks, namely Salem District Central Cooperative Bank and Namakkal District Central Cooperative Bank, the petitioner was, on 06.08.2025, posted to the Veppaidai Branch of Namakkal District Central Cooperative Bank. Consequently, the petitioner is compelled to commute a distance of 130 Kms per day (to and fro) from his place of residence. The said transfer was effected without considering his disability and the relevant Government guidelines on the subject. The

petitioner is facing severe difficulty in commuting to and from the work place. Hence, he made a representation to the first respondent on 22.08.2025 seeking to transfer back to the service of the Salem District Central Cooperative Bank. However, the same has not been considered till date. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

7.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the petitioners' representations seeking re-transfer, within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.

8.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that they will consider the petitioners' representations and pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court. 9.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioners' representations dated 09.08.2025, 19.08.2025 and 22.08.2025 seeking retransfer and to pass appropriate orders thereon sympathetically, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

10.With the above directions, these three writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
