The petitioner has been declared as an absconding accused in S.C.No.140 of 2018 dated 10.09.2018, challenging which the petitioner is before this court.

2.Heard Mr.R.Selvakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.M.Prabhavathi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3.In the opinion of this Court, it is open to the petitioner to surrender before the Trial Court since, the petitioner has not pointed out any infirmity in the proclamation order that has been passed by the Trial Court.
