ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to transfer the case in STC.No.13 of 2023 from the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpet, Chengalpet District to the file of the Fast Track Court, Saidapet, Chennai District.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner / complainant, on an earlier occasion, approached this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20994 of 2025, seeking the very same relief as sought in the present petition. This Court, vide order dated 28.07.2025, has directed the learned trial Judge to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in STC.No.13 of 2023 within a period of three months from 28.07.2025. However, since the said order has not been complied with, the present petition has been filed seeking the aforesaid relief.

3. In the light of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu, is directed to strictly comply with the order dated 28.07.2025.
