This Criminal Original Petition has been preferred seeking to call for the records relating to the FIR registered in Cr. No.88 of 2018 on the file of the Station House Officer, Anandapuram Police Station/first respondent herein and quash the same.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent- State submitted that the investigation in Cr. No.88 of 2018 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed on 21.06.2018 before the Judicial Magistrate, Gingee, but, the same has not been taken on file.
