Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) To suspend the sentence imposed in the judgment dated 20.7.2018 in SC.No.65 of 2012 on the file of the learned Fast Track Mahila Judge, Tiruvannamalai and release the petitioner on bail. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BHAVANI, Advocate for M/S.A.NOWFAL, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR. R.RAVICHANDRAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed in the Judgment dated 20.07.2018 in S.C.No.65 of 2012 on the file of the learned Fast Track Mahila Judge, Tiruvannamalai.
2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. The respondent Police is directed to secure the custody of the accused and execute the order passed by the learned Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Thiruvannamalai within a week and file a report before this Court on or before 19.03.2019.
