This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 796 days in filing the civil miscellaneous appeal.

Mr.D.Nandhagopal, Mr.S.Arun Kumar and Mr.T.Jayaraman, learned counsel, who takes notice for the respondents 1, 2 & 4, respectively, stated that they have no objection in this petition being allowed.
