JUDGMENT
(Delivered by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) When the matter came up for hearing on 04.03.2025, we passed the following order :
"It is submitted by Ms.S.Hemalatha, learned counsel appearing for the appellant that she has already given change of vakalat long back and it has been informed already to the Court. Despite that, her name and other co-counsel name have been printed in the cause list. Since they are no more counsel for the appellant, their names may be deleted.
2. Registry is directed to delete the name of Ms.S.Hemalatha and Ms.J.Sudha from the cause list and print the name and address of the appellant school and post this matter next week." 2\4
2. Accordingly, the matter is posted today by printing the name and address of the appellant in the cause list. However, there is no representation for the appellant.
3. In view of the same, for want of prosecution, this writ appeal is dismissed, with liberty to revive the same at a later point of time, in case, the appellant desires to do so. No costs.
