This petition is filed to condone the delay of 892 days in filing the above CMA Sr.No.203710 of 2025.

2. Though notice has been served on the first respondent, none appeared on behalf of the first respondent either in person or through pleader. Ms.N.B.Surekha, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent did not raise any objection in allowing this petition. 3.This court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is ordered.

4. The Registry is directed to number C.M.A.Sr. No.203710 of 2025, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same in the usual course.

5. It is made clear that the petitioners will not be entitled for any interest for the default period, if in the event of this Court enhancing the amount of compensation fixed by the Tribunal.
