ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.93 of 2023 pending on the file of the first

respondent police.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case in Crime No.93 of 2023 was closed as 'further action dropped' (FAD) and RCS is yet to be served. He further submitted that the final report will be filed before the Court concerned, within a period of four weeks.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court directs the respondent Police to file the final report within a period of four weeks from today.
