JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The Writ Appeal is filed against the order of the learned Single Judge in WP No.7584 of 2013 dated 01.04.2013.

2. Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the appellant Department submits that before filing the writ appeal, the appellant Department has complied with the order passed in the writ petition in WP No.7584 of 2013 dated 01.04.2013. He further submits that all the pensionary benefits that have been sanctioned on 13.11.2014 have been paid to the respondent herein. Apart from that, the appellant Department has enhanced the pension of the respondent herein on 31.01.2018 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ appeal. 2/4

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General for the appellant Department, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ appeal and therefore, the writ appeal stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, CMP No.23462 of 2019 is closed.
