ORDER

When the matter came up under the caption "for being mentioned," the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the University has not permitted the student to join.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University would submit that the report sent by the concerned private college, namely KMC College of Law, is not clear as to whether the student is being admitted under the management quota or the private quota and also the reason how the vacancy arose is not given.

3. The entire exercise itself was to save the career of the student and the student is willing to be considered under the management quota. Therefore, let the student be treated under the management quota irrespective of the vacancy and let him be given admission forthwith so that he will not waste further time.

4. Accordingly, the order stands clarified.
