ORDER

Since the Labour Court Award is under challenge before this Court and this Court modified the order of the Labour Court, it is for the petitioner to approach the Labour Court for execution of the Award.

2. In view of the same, this contempt petition is not maintainable. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this contempt petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.
