This revision is passed against the order passed by the Court below in I.A.No.12107 of 2014 etc., batch. The applications for rejection of plaint were dismissed by the trial Court vide common order dated 25.03.2015. Challenging the cases, revisions were preferred before this Court in C.R.P. (PD) Nos. 2830 to 2838 & 3072 of 2015.
