These petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 1045 days in filing petition to set aside abatement, to set aside abatement consequent to the death of the 1st respondent and to bring on record her legal representatives as further respondents 3 and 4 in A.S.SR.No.97917 of 2019. 2.The 1st respondent who died was the plaintiff in the suit. The suit had been filed seeking specific performance, which had been decreed. 3.Notice had been directed. The learned counsel had also entered appearance. The learned counsel had also filed a counter stating that the execution petition has been filed and it is in the draft sale deed status. 4.At any rate, the proposed respondents are the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent and it is only imperative that they are impleaded as further respondents in A.S.SR.No.97917 of 2019.

smv 6.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title reflecting the death of the 1st respondent and bring on record her legal representatives as further respondents 3 and 4 in A.S.SR.No.97917 of 2019. 7.The Registry may also number the condone delay petition in filing the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
