Today, 23.01.2026, the above matter is posted under the caption ''For Being Mentioned'' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. This Court, by order dated 17.12.2025, had condoned the delay of 301 days in representing the above Criminal Revision Case. However, due to inadvertence, the said order recorded the delay as 39 days instead of 301 days.
3. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction by susbstituting the delay period as 301 days in the order dated 17.12.2025 and issue a fresh order copy to both parties. 23.01.2026 cda in Crl.R.C.SR.No.65471 of 2024 2/4

ORDER
This petition is filed to condone the delay of 39 days in representing the above revision.
2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned on payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of two (2) weeks from today.
4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
