COMMON ORDER Heard Ms.Athiniveda for the petitioner and Ms.Lavanya, for Mr.E.C.Ramesh, Standing Counsel for the respondents.

2. Both petitioners are class - I contractors. They propose to participate in a tender called by the respondents for storm water drain works. The petitioners approached the respondents 1 and 4 for issuance of a site visit certificate. As the certificate was not issued, despite request, the petitioners are

before this Court. Ms.Lavanya, who has been served with papers reports that said certificate will be issued to the petitioners by tomorrow [12.12.2025] before 5 p.m. Her statement is recorded.
