This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to grant promotion to the petitioner to the post of Assistant Section Officer on par with her Juniors by including her name in the Panel Year 2016-2017 with all consequential and other attendant benefits including arrears of salary by considering her representation dated 10.09.2025 within a time frame.

2. By the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

3. Though a larger prayer is sought for in this Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue direction to the respondents to consider petitioner's

representations dated 10.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders on the same within a specified time.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents will consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders on the same, in accordance with law.

5. In view of the same, the respondent concerned is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders on the same, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
