This criminal original petition has been filed challenging the docket order dated 18.06.2025 passed by the learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ambur, in un-numbered MC.Sr.No.3443 of 2025. 1/4
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the learned Additional District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Ambur, had rejected the petition filed by the petitioners under Section 144 of the BNSS, in MC.Sr.No.3443 of 2025 on merits, vide impugned docket order dated 18.06.2025, without even numbering the same. Hence, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal original petition with liberty to file a revision, challenging the said docket order. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioners in the petition today.
3. In view of the above, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file a revision as against the impugned docket order dated 18.06.2025 passed by the learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ambur, in un-numbered MC.Sr.No.3443 of 2025.
