ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in violation of the order passed by this court dated 30.10.2017 passed in W.P.No.37743 of 2016, the authorities are proceeding with the constructions. However, later, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw the present contempt petition with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

2. Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty sought for.
