(Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN, J.) This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 28.07.2025 in W.P.No.17109 of 2025.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 28.07.2025 in W.P.No.17109 of 2025 has been complied with. In support of the same, he has produced a copy of the correspondence dated 18.12.2025 to that effect.

3. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said correspondence dated 18.12.2025, if so advised.
