ORDER

This petition is filed seeking to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Paragraph No.7(c) of the order dated 13.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 31030 of 2025.

2.It is reported by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner herein is undergoing dialysis treatment and was unable to appear before the respondent police as directed by this Court vide order dated 13.11.2025.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court modifies the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31030 of 2025, dated 13.11.2025, wherein, the relevant Paragraph No.7(c) of the order which reads as follows:- "that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on Monday at 10.30 am until further orders".

4.The rest of the conditions in Crl.O.P.No. 31030 of 2025, dated 13.11.2025 shall remains unaltered.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
